You will need to provide the specific medicines that your doctor has approved
Please place all medicine in a plastic ziploc bag with child's name, the time and dosage clearly visible

Buses depart at 6:00 AM
Rest Stop snack and drink...no time for vending machines
Lunch at fast food resturant
Cross the James River on the ferry
Peanut Free Snacks
Wednesday, April 6th
Guided tour of Jamestown
Dinner at Golden Corral
Check in to hotel
Evening Legends Tour at Colonial Williamsburg
Thursday, April 7th
Breakfast at the hotel
Colonial Williamsburg guided tour
Lunch on your own in Colonial Williamsburg*not included in the price of the trip
Afternoon for exploring on your own and don't forget the shopping
Thursday, April 7th
Dinner at the hotel- pizza buffet
Students meet with teachers in the evening
Quiet time hanging in the hotel rooms
Lights out by 10:00 PM
Friday, April 8th
Breakfast at the hotel
Load luggage and board buses to head to Pamplin Park
Small group guided tours of Pamplin Park and the Museum of the Civil War Soldier
Box lunch at Pamplin

Students are responsible for carrying their own luggage and for loading it on the bus
Make sure your child's luggage is labeled with their name AND teacher's name
Dress in layers
Directions for how to call home each night

Money for fast food lunch
Fanny pack, etc to carry items on tour

child's chaperone the morning of the
trip instead of packing it in the
luggage.
Chaperone Responsibilities
Be on time for all events
Stay within arms reach of your group
Monitor behavior - alert teacher of problems
Help students manage money (hold onto money in envelopes)
Keep business to down times - on the bus and at the hotel
Have a positive attitude
No alcoholic beverages - including the manager's special
Cell phone number
Chaperone Responsibilities
Do not allow students to access the internet at the hotel for any reason.
Student consequences:1. Electronic device will be confiscated by teacher for the duration of the trip.
2. Student school account will be disabled for the remainder of the school year prohibiting them from using any school computer.
3. Any student involved in viewing any internet site will share in these consequences.
