ROBERT CAPA
Born in Budapest Hungary in 1913
His birth name was Andrei Friedman
Education: times where bad in Hungary so he went to berlin in the photo agency he soon discovered he liked to take photos instead of developing them
After Hitler gained control Robert moved to Paris
He and his wife Gerda Taro made a plan to make him into a fictional American photographer who was visiting France and they renamed him as Robert capa his wife was secretly his assistant
BIOGRAPHY
Robert capa started his career as a war photographer in Spain during the Spanish civil war
Sadly with his fame growing his wife Gerda who was with him was killed on the battlefield
After his wife died he moved to America
WAR TIMES
When world war two began Robert capa was on a invasion force in 1942 to
hit North Africa Some of his well known photos and events
took place on June 6th 1944 where Robert stumbled onto Omaha beach with enemy artillery and heavy machine gun fire
Robert only took four rolls of film with him under those extremely difficult conditions

The life magazine he worked for had sent him back to the trenches of war after he left the photographing of war when he was in japan in 1954 promoting a magnum exhibition
his luck ran out in Indochina when Robert with his camera still in his hand he stepped on a land mine and lost his life on a battlefield
