Some Last Thoughts
One of the most de-motivating thing for me personally, is to see internal conflicts and arguments!! Especially when I know they will effect the way we perform as company- To me this is simply not acceptable! We should all be working on the same side to deliver projects and systems with the best margins for our owner- anyone not working towards this objective is simply not pulling in the same direction! Petty arguments and conflicts have to be resolved so that we all focus on what we need to be focussing
I await all your feedback on all the ESI discussions – without this feedback – this group will not be alive and fruitful- so take time off from your busy agendas, read what we have and participate and comment
Share your thoughts and participate actively on this blog- make this YOUR blog- your comments on this blog are always welcome and eagerly awaited for
I urge you all to follow this blog and keep up to
date with what is happening at ESI
Lets all work to get the work done on time, on
budget and to the required quality
We need to communicate, pull the rope in the
same direction to make our projects a success
and profitable
Some Last Thoughts
I wish you all a good and productive
week
