Our Most Precious Value: HSE
We are a huge family that protects all values of human and nature while building the World’s most precious ships together with more than 5500 employees. We consider all of our employees and stakeholders as an indispensable part of this large family. The main building block of being a big family; our respect for each other and to World.
It is our primary duty to add value to the future by mini-mizing the negative effects of all our projects on human and nature during their production and usage periods.
Therefore, health, safety and environment (HSE) applications are our most precious values.
We are working for a green and safe future...Abdurrahman HARMANHSE Coordinator

There are many dynamics that led Tersan family to draw its roadmap through the motto of “ We traditionally build precious ships”.
It is not as simple as it sounds: ‘ It is very difficult to build a ship, make it worthy, keep this value as a tradition and improve it. First of all, in order to recognize the value of thousands of people’s labor we need to provide the permanence of it in a healthy and safety manner.
Occupational Health and Safety is the discipline where this tradition should be the most alive and dynamic.
Together with the each member of our depart-ment; we keep our OHS culture alive and improve it for the permanency of our tradition while always knowing the value of our business, our employees and our products. Zeynep ŞENTÜRK AKGÜL
