B O O K I N G I N F O R M A T I O N & F A Q RENTAL & MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENTS
• Use of event spaces are subject to a rental fee plus a minimum spend requirement for food and beverage, exclusive of taxes and service charges.
• If the minimum spend requirement is not met, the difference appears as an additional room rental fee on your final bill.
• Statutory holidays are subject to a minimum 2 , 0 0 0 . surcharge. • All food and beverage pricing listed in this package is exclusive of applicable government taxes
and service charges. • Your event specialist will be happy to present you with the room rental charges and minimum
spend requirements for your proposed event.
KEY DATES
• Final food and beverage selections are due and locked in two weeks prior to event date. • Final guest count and floor plan is due three full business days (Monday through Friday excluding
holidays) prior to your event (seven days for social events). • Payment in full of estimated event charges is due ten days prior to event date. • DJ/Band insurance is due at least one month in advance.

• Service staff • All standard white linens (tablecloths and napkins) • All existing tables and chairs • Standard table flatware and glassware • Printed menus • Candles • Table numbers • In-house dance floor • Limited staging • Podium • Trump-branded mats, notepads, pens and candies
GUARANTEED GUEST COUNTS
• A final guest guarantee will be required three business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) prior to your event (seven days for social events).
• In the event that the guarantee is not given to the hotel, the excepted attendance number will be used as your guarantee. You will be billed for whichever is higher. You may increase your guarantee within 72 hours, but you may not decrease it.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
• An initial deposit of 50% of the final estimated balance is required to secure the date and space, along with the signed contract.
• Deposits can be made by cash, certified cheque, credit card or wire transfer. • A valid credit card must be provided at time of contract signing for backup purposes. • The balance must be paid in full according to your deposit schedule (outlined in contract).

CANCELLATION
• The contract may be terminated with formal written notice from one party to the other. • All deposits and payments are non-refundable. • Oliver & Bonacini Events and Catering reserves the right to terminate any function for which
payment of final estimated invoice has not been received five business days prior to the function.
TAXES & SERVICE CHARGES
• A customary 20% service charge and applicable government taxes will be added to the final balance for all food and beverage.
BEVERAGE
• In accordance with Liquor Licence Act issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, all alcoholic beverages consumed in licensed areas must be purchased by the licensee through the LCBO.
• For the health and safety of our guests, alcohol service may be denied to those individuals who appear intoxicated or under the legal drinking age.
• The hotel reserves the right to request photo identification from anyone requesting or consuming alcohol at an event.
• All beverage costs are based upon consumption per drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). • Bar offerings can be tailored with your event specialist to manage your bar costs and
consumption.
WINE SELECTION
• You will select one white and one red to serve to your guests. • You are charged per bottle consumed. • Wine must be selected from our current list. • In accordance with liquor licensing regulations, we cannot permit guests to bring in their own
wine.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & VENDOR MEALS
• The hotel will gladly provide special meals for any guests with dietary needs. • Vendor meals can be provided that consist of Chef’s choice of appetizer, entrée, dessert
and non-alcoholic beverage.
AUDIO-VISUAL (AV)
• Adding AV equipment may alter room capacities. EPiQVision is the official in-house supplier. • Alternate permitted AV suppliers are subject to a 1 , 0 0 0 . (minimum) access fee. • Please contact EPiQVision to coordinate all of your audio-visual needs at 416.637.5575. • Please note: only those suppliers listed are permitted in O&B Event venues and restaurants. • Please refer to our Preferred Suppliers list online for a complete listing of our venue suppliers at

INSURANCE
• Any equipment brought into the venue by an outside vendor (i.e. bands/DJ/AV) requires liability insurance valued at 2 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 .
• A copy of the insurance certificate must be received at least one month in advance of event date. • Supplier insurance is a required item for all outside vendors. • Insurance can be purchased through an insurance broker of your choice or we can refer you to our
provider.

• An events operations manager will be available as your direct onsite contact on the day of your event.
PARKING
• Valet parking is the only on-site parking option that is available. Please consult with your event specialist for parking rates and alternate parking options in the area.
COAT CHECK
• Coat check is mandatory between November through to March for events held in the Grand Salon and Grand Ballroom. Coat check fees are subject to 13% HST.

NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT
• Please note that Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto is a non-smoking establishment in conformity with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, S.O. 1994, c. 10 and its regulations. Accordingly, smoking is strictly prohibited in Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto and on the premises.
DECORATIONS & MERCHANDISE
• Decorations or displays that are brought into the hotel from an outside source must have prior approval from your catering manager.
• All decorations and client items must be removed immediately at the conclusion of your event. • We cannot be responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the
hotel or for any items that are left unattended or left behind.
SIGNAGE
• No signage of any kind is allowed in the hotel lobby. The hotel reserves the right to remove signage.
PHOTOGRAPHY
• Pre-arranged areas in the hotel may be used for uncomplicated shots only. Public areas must remain open and free of obstacles for hotel guests.
DELIVERIES
• A receiving dock provides delivery access for vendors. Vehicle should not be longer than 22 ft. and should not be higher than 11 ft. or wider than 9 ft.
• All hired vendors must follow the Trump Toronto policies and procedures that can be provided by your event specialist upon request. Failure to adhere to hotel policies and procedures may result in damages and subsequent charges for repair of said damages.
• No vendors are allowed to enter through the front lobby of the hotel.
