Stephanie Crowley’s work has been featured and published in The Harvard Business Review’s September 2010 issue, “Bored of Powerpoint? Try this Instead!” Her career has taken her across the globe throughout North America, Europe, China, Turkey, Africa, South East Asia, and the Middle East; working with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies, to notable non-profit organizations, to government agencies. Stephanie fully enjoys partnering with clients, discussing what the graphic recording process looks like before the session, during, and afterwards. She partners closely with the client team every step of the way and when onsite is in sync and taking cues from the team, as well as offering any observations as to the group process.

Clients value Stephanie’s input to the session design as she provides creative ideas regarding facilitation processes, overall logic flow design, group interaction, and generates custom tailored applications for how graphic recording can best support the session’s specific facilitation methodologies and the organization’s desired outcomes.

Clients frequently comment on Stephanie’s style of graphic recording being largely concept-illustration focused and utilizing strong metaphors; taking overall concepts and top level themes to create a cohesive image that captures the main takeaway points with the end result being more of an illustrative model or information-graphic type of chart.

Stephanie loves graphic recording, supporting the group process as they reach that AHA moment, and bringing those concepts to life through illustration and metaphor! In her spare time, Stephanie is a marathon runner, having completed several marathons to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She and her husband currently reside in southern California and love to travel to have new adventures!
