Be Well, Live Well: A Program on Healthy AgingFive part series to be presented January 7, January 28, February 4, February 25, and March 4
In partnership with the Gregg County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service’s Better Living for Texans program, we invite you to join us for a five-part series on healthy aging that will encourage you to be well and live well. Throughout this series you will learn how to reduce your risk for disease and engage in a healthy lifestyle. Seminars will be presented by Cory Alvarado, a Better Living for Texans extension assistant in Gregg County.
March 25: Wound HealingTricia Muse, director of the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at LRMC, will lead a program about skin and foot care guidelines. She will also discuss the correlation between diabetes and wounds and treatment options available to promote healing.

Senior Circle serves those 50 and better by promoting a healthy lifestyle. In the coming year, the Senior Circle program will be organized around the hospital’s core mission of medical service. Senior Circle will re-focus solely on health education and wellness as part of our community outreach.
Beginning February 1, 2019 the Senior Circle program will provide:• Free membership to anyone 50+• Monthly health education luncheon seminars• Annual Health fair with complimentary screenings
