My Personal Routine All the exercises and techniques that I used to achieve the best result are described above. I used a specific schedule for my own exercises and even do so today and as far as I know, these ones are the most common exercises and have helped many men out there.
Still, you have to choose the techniques and frequency that is the best for you, because you are individual person with a different organism. At the moment, after already having a lot of success, I’m still exercising to keep my old man healthy and in shape and I’m actually still visibly gaining. In fact, I need to be careful that I don’t cross that 7.5 in. barrier soon because then my girlfriend might throw me out on the street!
Anyway, Here Is How I Practice On An Average Day
I think that the morning is a great time to practice because I’m still in zombie-‐mode and can easily spend some time doing exercises. I always take a shower anyway, but this also helps me warmup my friend down there.
Once I’m done showering (with quite warm water), I stay in the shower to do several exercises.
Step #1:
I basically start with “Warming Up” and do Stretching (if you’ve missed this step please see the 1st Video here) which takes me about 15 minutes and then totally relax and often take another small shower before I move on to the next exercise which is jelqing.
Step #2:
I do always wait until my friend down there becomes less hard and basically is halfway between hard and normal status. I then do about 300-‐500 jelqs (as described in Video #2). Sometimes I use VigRX oil lubricant, sometimes not
Step #3:
This one is really simple -‐ I do set of 60-‐70 Kegels exercises (you should do less if you are just starting out) and that’s basically it for my morning routine.

I do have a job and you would think that you can’t work on your penis enlargement mission as soon as you step out the door would you? Well, you’re quite wrong.
And no, I don’t spend 15 minutes on the toilet on the job every day doing exercises! What I do is the same thing I described in the 3rd video (Kegel’s exercises) chapter even when I wait for the bus and basically whenever I think of it.
You remember, these are the contractions of the muscles on your bottom. At first this particular exercise (Kegel’s) might be a bit exhausting but believe me it will go smoother and you can enlarge the series you do quite quickly.
I don’t want to brag, but I did also notice that my ass is looking a lot tighter nowadays, and my girl thinks the same, and I think that the only reason for it are these particular exercises since the other exercises focus only on the penis mainly.
When I get home in the evening I usually don’t shower unless I feel like it, do some sport or enjoy some horizontal time with my girl, since I got an office job and do shower in the morning instead. In I do however work on another routine in the evening but because I normally don’t shower I usually dampen a soft cloth in warm water and wring it before wrapping it around my penis. I repeat this twice to warm my penis up.
I basically then repeat the same exercises I do in the morning. This is basically it for me at the moment. At some points a few months ago I did have a somewhat fuller program but that was mainly because I wanted to see results faster. Now that my friend has grown quite a bit and I’m very satisfied, thanks to these exercises and supplements, I can just take it easy and basically spent no more than half an hour on penisbuilding.
You can basically say that my routines paid off so far and I’m very happy that I’m able to share my experiences, useful information and advise with you because I actually know that having a smaller penis, or not being able to get the best out of it in bed, can really get you down.
