Lastyear’sHalloweenGalawassuchfrightfullyhugesuccesswe’vedecidedittoitallagainthisyear!We’llhaveallyourfavouritestallsandactivitiesalongwithsomespookysurprisesandprizesforthebestdressed(kidsandadults)somarkitonthecalendarandtrickortreatyourselftoagreatdayout!Along with the awesome food court, great entertainment and an array of family friendly stalls andactivitiestherearerumoursofstrangerumblingsfromdarkcornersofthegeneralstore–somesayit’stheghostofreliefteacherspastbutregardlessofwhatlurksinside,you’llhavetobebravetocheckitout!WhiletheRSSGalaisanawesomeopportunitytobringthewiderschoolcommunitytogetherforafunday,asalways,there’saseriouspurposebehindthefrivolity–thisyearwe’reraisingfundstodeveloptheareaoutsidetheclassesontheTopField.Having seen theawesomeplansdraftedby the students itbecameclear thatwe’ll needmore than theseed funding set aside from last year’s gala to bring their dreams to life sowe are committing the fullprofitsfromthisyear’sgalatotheproject.Thankstothesuccessoflastyear’sgalawehave:

• $7,000setasidefortheTopFielddevelopment• $7,000setasidefortheBikeTrackdevelopmentonthefarm• 450kidsalreadybenefittingfrom(andloving)agreatnewsetofChromebooks!

Pizza Party on us! The class with the most volunteers (pro rata) gets a Pizza party lunch courtesy of the PTA!

So when you volunteer to help the class or elsewhere at the gala pop your child’s name and class number on the volunteer form and drop it to the office and it’ll count toward their rooms tally.
