“RUMA” stands for road-use maintenance agreement. KinderMorganhasagreedtoenterintoRUMA’swithlocalagencies,suchas the County Engineer orwith Township Trustees, impacted bytheconstructionoftheUtopiapipelineproject.TheRUMAstatesthat Kinder Morgan will repair any damage to roads caused byUtopia roadtraffic to“asgoodorbetterconditionsasexistedatthe time Utopia construction commenced.” The RUMA alsooutlineswhich roadshavebeenapproved forUtopiacontractorstoutilize.
