Experienced Drivers
At least 3 months OTR experience in the past 4 months
Driver can only be out of the truck for 30 days max to apply
Trainees
Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR) Less than 3 months OTR experience with at least 1.5 months OTR experience in the past 90 days
Will only take a Recent Grad that has graduated within the past 60 days
Drivers MUST have at least 160 hour course, training in a sleeper birth truck with at least 32 foot trailer and 40 hours behind the wheel driving
*** Time with Trainer will count as experience!
*** Local Experience will not count!
Moving Violations (max in 3 year period) No more than 3 in the past 3 years
Policy on License suspensions Any License Suspension in the last 5 years for Moving Violations MUST be pre approved by management
Accidents
No more than 1 preventable accident in a private or commercial vehicle in the last 12 months
No more than 3 preventable accidents in a private or commercial vehicle in the last 3 years
Preventable rear end accidents in a private or commercial vehicle in the last 3 years.
Must have 1 year of safe driving since the accident.
Must be pre-approved by management
Accidents
If Driver has had a preventable major DOT accident in a commercial vehicle or an accident in a private vehicle that would have been considered a preventable major DOT accident in a commercial vehicle in the last 3 years, driver must have 1 year of safe over the road driving since the accident.
Incidents (max in 3 year period) No more than 3 in the past 3 years
Ticket/Accident/Incident Combo
One (1) moving violation and one (1) preventable accident in the last twelve months of driving history must be submitted for pre-approval by management
No more than a combination of 5 moving violations and accidents in the last 3 years
Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)
No more than 1 moving violation in a private or commercial vehicle in the last 12 months
Any moving violation in a private or commercial vehicle involving a fatality (preventable or non-preventable) in a lifetime must be pre-approved by management

No more than 1 “serious” moving violation in a commercial vehicle in the last 3 years
Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years No more than 5 in the past 3 years
