My personal Brand by...
My brand mission statement
I aim to build a brand around my true passions- fashion and art. I also want
my brand to accurately reflect who I am professionally, as well as personally.
When I am represented online, no one will have to second guess who I am,
or what I represent.
GoalTo become intimately involved with all aspects of PR fashion and art in
Toronto. I want my brand to help me acquire a strong list of contacts in the
industry. In order for my brand to be effective I need to build it around what I
am most passionate about.
Objectives•For next month I would like to have started building my online presence.
•By next month, I would like to have started a blog, and by the New Year, I
would like to have developed a slight following (minimum of 7 subscribers).
•By next month I would like to become acquainted with professionals (locally,
nationally and internationally) within these industries. Social media is an
excellent tool to communicate with professionals.
•Four months from now, I would like to have a stronger online presence.
When ‘googled’ I want people to understand me, and what my brand is
about.
•I want my Twitter followers to go from 61 to 100 within the next month.
SWOT Analysis Highlights:
I have many internal strengths and weaknesses. My passion for fashion, art, and
writing would be some examples of my strengths that could work for my brand, but
my lack of consistency, and potential lack of drive could be some weaknesses.
My opportunities are never-ending, due to an endless array of social media platforms
at my disposal. Some of these may also pose as a threat if used inappropriately.
This could include people misusing my name, or slander. A danger of having a
prominent brand, is a lot of people are going to talk about you, and not all of it will be
positive.
