Eight planets orbit the Sun. They are calledMercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn,Uranus and Neptune.
This rotation is why we have day and night. Ittakes twenty-four hours to complete onerotation.
At the start of spring, the days and nights areabout the same length, the temperatureincreases and we have lots of precipitation. Atthe end of spring the days are longer than thenights.
At the start of summer, the days are longerthan the nights, the temperature is high andvery little precipitation. At the end of summerthe days start to get shorter.
At the start of autumn, the days and nightsare about the same lenght, the temperaturedecreases and there´s usually a lot ofprecipitation. At the end of autumn, the daysare shorter than the nights.
At the start of winter, the days are shorterthan the nights, the temperature is low andthere´s usually some precipitation. At theend of winter, the days start to get longer.
Atlantic climate: The temperature is mild insummer and it´s cool in winter. There´s a lotof precipitation.
Continental climate: The temperature is veryhigh in summer and it´s very low in winter.Little precipitation.
Mountain climate: it is cool in summer and low in winter. Lots of precipitation.
Mediterranean climate: high in summer, mildduring other seasons. Lots of precipitationduring Autumn and very little during otherseasons.
Sub-tropical climate: it is high in summer,changes little during other seasons. Very littleprecipitation.
