Summary

• Earth retained an atmosphere because it had optimal gravity and temperature to sustain one.

• Lithosphere, Hydrosphere and biosphere together have contributed to out present atmosphere

• Interactions between them must be considered to fully understand the state of our atmosphere at any time.
