Guidelines FOR ATTENDING Mass ONLINE

Prepare a place for worship. A table or flat surface withappropriate cover and a crucifix, candle or images orstatues of saints or Jesus. Prayand put yourself in thepresence of God. Focus on thecelebration of the Eucharist andavoid other distractions.

Dress and participate in theMass as if you were actuallythere. Observe the propergestures, standing, sitting andkneeling when appropriate tomaintain the reverence of theMass. Respond and pray outloud alone or with your family.

When you cannot receiveCommunion and cannotattend Mass, you can make aspiritual communion, which isa most beneficial practice; byit the love of God will begreatly impressed on you.”St. Teresa of Avila
