The design brief was basedon providing a positive, warmand friendly office environmentespecially catering for non-ambulant members of staff.The forward motion ideasindicated in their logo werefurther enhanced in the designof the office. Easy access,wide corridors, spacious andheight adjustable Nucleus worksurfaces, functional kitchenjoinery, break-out areas andcolourful floorcovering designwere some of the features ofthe creative design vision.
Our design and constructsolution fitout for a rapidlyexpanding mortgage corpor-ation’s new head office wassuccessfully completedto a high standard of buildquality and finish.
The successful designproposal was based on aradical and innovative radiusformat design. The reception,boardroom and meetingareas radiate from the centrelift lobby. Extending from this,a central timber walkway waslaid with the various depart-ment groups emanating inlogical working fashion.
