CARPENTRY AND JOINERY WORK

We specialize in the production of

high-end doors, bespoke/custom

joinery, tables, shelves, cabinets, and

other wood works. Our team of

carpenters utilizes the latest

technologies in carpentry throughout

our sophisticated manufacturing

process. In our arsenal we employ

variety of computerized machines such

as CNC, which allow us to deliver

controlled quality results and a fast &

reliable production of our wood-works.

CIVIL WORKS

As an important part of interior fit-out, 1000walls is offering a wide

range of civil work services such as waterproofing, external painting,

flooring, structural repairing, surface treatment and coating of

structures for both new and existing buildings. Our fire protection

engineers design, test, and implement robust fire protection solutions

for projects of different sizes and complexity. Our services are known

for precise performance, durability, reliability, and done to the exact

specifications.

MEP WORKS

1000walls employs both mechanical and electrical engineers for our

MEP division. The mechanical engineers design and oversee the

installation of the air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and fire fighting

systems. The electrical engineers are responsible for the project’s

power distribution, telecommunication, fire alarm system, lightning

protection, lighting and fail proof control systems.

1000walls is capable of producing the

highest quality joinery items such as

UPHOLSTERY

Our mission is to produce bespoke

furniture designed to be timeless,

manufactured to the highest standards,

and providing unparalleled comfort and

style. Our upholsterers can produce a

large range of sofa, couches, chairs,

ottomans and footstools along with

customized fit-out solutions for

residential, corporate, office, hotel and

leisure projects. We utilize the finest raw

material available, which includes solid

wooden frames, high density foam

wrapped in soft polyester padding and

fully sprung bases with high quality

sprung edges. Our upholstery service

delivers only the state of the art finish to

client specific details.

GLASS WORKS

1000walls’ specializes in several key

glass works areas: glass cutting and

polishing, stained glass, both straight

and right beveling, glass cutouts and

glass hole making, plain and engraved

sandblasting, production of curved glass

and glass works, color design glass,

frameless shop fronts and partitions,

double glazed and laminated glass

products.

METAL WORKS

Our metal works division specializes in metal

casting, steel and stainless steel elements

manufacturing, aluminum fabrication and

general constructions. We focus on ensuring

quality at an optimal cost for the satisfaction of

our customers. We have secured a leading

position in this trade with an excellent record of

satisfied diverse clients due to our specialization

in custom manufacturing of cast aluminum

gates, window grills, staircases and other

panels. Our fabricators also specialise in

wrought iron works. Specialist stainless steel

work is another highlight of this division and

includes works such as railings, claddings,

decorative furniture, wardrobes, kitchen sinks,

stainless steel refrigeration etc. Composite

claddings & structural steel works for portals,

mezzanines, decking, and various other

structures are also our specialty.
