Hello!
February is the month some celebrate African American history. Our country is a diverse nation filled with people of different nationalities, religions and ethnicities. Although individual in nature, each contributes to our society that makes our country the great melting pot.
Likewise, we are all paralegals trained and working in various areas of law; coming together to form a viable and resourceful Association. I encourage each of us to search ourselves and find the uniqueness that lies within. Next time we come together let's share what we've discovered.
See you soon!

Christian Legal Collaborative, Inc. (Christian Legal Society, Inc. affiliate, a 501c3 entity.)
What is this? Christian Legal Collaborative (CLC) is partnering with local churches on the Helping Profes-
sionals Ministry to create and highlight opportunities for those in helping professions and other supportive per-
sons to gather together for encouragement, share fellowship, and to generally be more emotionally supported
throughout each month. Who does the HPM include?
Lawyers, paralegals, clerks, students, and others helping to bring about justice.
Teachers, principals, paraprofessionals and others helping to educate.
Doctors, nurses, assistants, therapists, and others helping to heal.
Police, fire, and rescue responder workers.
Pastors, youth leaders, Sunday school teachers, and other spiritual workers.
Social workers, case workers, CASA volunteers, and other advocates.
Other community leaders, both elected and private, such as those that lead non-profits.
Other persons who spend time supporting others, regardless of whether you do it as a profession or not.
People from all denominations:) Everyone who wants to be blessed and bless others.
Many people like you bear the burdens of our community thru your positions every day. CLC and our ministry
partners want to show appreciation for your efforts and to help share your burdens too by providing this time of
support, and by planning more opportunities in the future for you to connect with other helping professionals in
small, friendly settings. If you are interested in learning more or in volunteering to help with future events thru
CLC to help your colleagues or our clients, please contact either CLC’s Executive Director, Katina Werner
([email protected]) or one of the pastors at our host sites: Pastor Pete Bowmer
([email protected]) and Pastor Martin Billmeier ([email protected]).
