Step 4: Check your inventory to ensure sufficient stocks to fulfill ordered items
o If item is in stock, click on “Ready to Ship”
o If item is out of stock, click on “Canceled”

Place the Printed Invoice and Return Label inside the pouch with the purchased items
Insert the 3 copies of the Air Waybill inside the transparent
portion of pouch.

REQUESTING PICK-UP Step 8: Change status of order on Seller Center to “Ready for pick up”
Requesting Pick-up
• After printing the shipping labels you can now finalize your pick-up request.
• Click “READY FOR PICK-UP” on the pop-up screen. This will move your order status from PENDING to READY FOR PICK-UP that will alert us that the item is ready to be picked up by logistics team
• Rider will be at your location at the following work day
• ONLY CLICK READY FOR PICK UP IF AND ONLY IF THE ITEMS ARE PACKED AND READY
