A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BONNEY LAKE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF
TRAFFIC SIGNAL BY R.E.P. ELECTRIC FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
IMPROVEMENTS AT 200"1 AND SOUTH PRAIRIE ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Bonney Lake, Washington, does hereby resolve that the Mayor is authorized to execute the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.

A. The standby rate of pay for divers shall be one-half times the divers rate of pay. In addition to the hourly wage and fringe benefits, the following depth premiums apply to depths of fifty feet or more: over 50' to 100'$1.00 per foot for each foot over 50 feet, over 100' to 175' - $2.25 per foot for each foot over 100 feet, over 175' to 250' - $5.50 per foot for each foot over 175 feet, over 250' - divers may name their own price, provided it is no than the scale listed for 250 feet.

D. Workers working with supplied air on hazmat projects receive an additional $1.00 per hour.
E. All classifications, including all apprentices, reporting to an employer's designated job headquarters and working a minimum of four (4) hours in any one (1) day shall receive a per diem allowance of twenty-four dollars ($24.00) in addition to the prevailing hourly rate of wage and fringe benefits.
L. Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows - Level A: $0.75, Level B: $0.50, and Level C: $0.25.
M. Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows - Levels A & B: $1.00, Levels C & D: $0.50.
N. Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows - Level A: $1.00, Level B: $0.75, Level C: $0.50, and Level D: $0.25.
