All classifications, including all apprentices, reporting to an employer's designated job headquarters and working a minimum of four (4) hours in any one (1) day shall receive a per diem allowance of twenty-four dollars ($24.00) in addition to the prevailing hourly rate of wage and fringe benefits.

L. Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows - Level A: $0.75, Level B: $0.50, and Level C: $0.25.

M. Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows - Levels A & B: $1.00, Levels C & D: $0.50.
