• Creata drives the incentives for Girl Scout cookies that sell $780M per year (unit price of $4). This is from a membership base of 2.3million.
The Model
• Members are motivated to sell through an incentive program.
• Clubs/chapters are motivated to motivate due to the generous return and a ‘plug and play’ program that makes implementation simple.

What is Lax Snax?• Packs of flavored pistachio nuts sold by members to
raise money for their clubs.• Specifically targeted to Lacrosse, the flavors use
Lacrosse terminology as fun descriptors.
Why Pistachios?• Nutritional powerhouses. One ounce of pistachios provide:
– More dietary fiber (3 grams) than 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli– Six grams of protein – the same amount as 1 ounce of soybeans– ‘Good’ fat—7 g of monounsaturated and 4 g of polyunsaturated

LaxSnax and Lacrosse• LaxSnax is a Los Angeles based company that has
sold flavored Pistachio nuts to raise money for Californian lacrosse teams. In one season, they sold $80K worth of product.
• Our vision is to become the “official” team snack for USA lacrosse nationally.
The Official Team Snack for
• If we achieved 20% of the Girl Scout cookie sales, Lacrosse could raise in excess of $10 million annually.
• Product can be available for your national convention in the 2nd week of January 2014.
