Witnessed PMI test as per specification on Stem, Seat ring overlay, disc overlay, Studs on the offered valve – Test results

found meeting the standard requirements.

6. Identification Marks verified – Found in order. Documents/records reviewed:

1. Material test certificates reviewed for body, bonnet, stem, disc, seat ring, bonnet bush, fasteners, gasket and packing material – Found in order and attested.

2. Reviewed Radiography report – Found in order and attested for records.

3. Reviewed hardness report for stellited surface – Found acceptable and attested.

4. Reviewed PT reports on weld deposit Surface – Found in order and attested for records.

5. Reviewed MPT reports for body and bonnet – Found in order and attested for records..

6. Calibration validity of instruments and record verified – Found in order .

7. Reviewed welding documents (WPS / PQR) – Found in order & endorsed. NCR/WAIVER(If Any) : Nil
