Hot Mess
INGREDIENTS
1 can of chipotles with adobo sauce
1 8 oz. can of chopped tomatoes
coarsely chopped medium onion
2-3 cloves garlic minced
1lb/500gm Ground beef/Ground Turkey/Chicken
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp chili powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend chipotles, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion and garlic till smooth in food processor
2. Cook mince till no longer pink
3. Add 1-1.5 cups of the bladed mixture to the mince and simmer
4. Cook to desired consistency
5. Serve hot
Notes:
*freezes well
*server in lettuce leaves as a faux tortillas
*serve on spaghetti squash as a bolognaise sauce
