Kredit Mikro Utama at the end of 2007.

• To accelerate and monitoring Kredit Mikro Utama, we have minimum 3 persons in every

branches and sub branches to maintain this product, they are 1 person for analyst, 1 person

for marketer, and 1 person for collector.

• To achieve our target at the end of 2011 the strategies of micro banking are as follows :

General Meeting Result

1. Approving 2010 Annual Report, include Management Report, Board of Commissioner Report and

legitimation of bank bjb and subsidiary’s Financial Report years ended December 31, 2010 that have

audited by Independent Auditors (Purwantono, Suherman, Surja) as the members of Ernst and Young

Global that expressed an unqualified opinion

2. Deciding the usage of Net Profit on Year 2010 as a follow:

a) 65 % or equal Rp. 578.610.881.686 for dividend

b) 35% or equal Rp. 311.559.705.523 for reserve

3. Giving into Board of Commissioners to appoint Independent Auditors to audit 2011 Financial Report

and determine others terms include the amount of fee.and determine others terms include the amount of fee.

4. Conveying statement of application of IPO Fund at year 2010

5. Delaying consideration of change in Corporate Statutes for further evaluation and will be propose on

next General Meeting that will be held maximum 6months after.

6. a) Approving the change of Pension Fund Regulation as follows:

• Deciding bank bjb Sharia as Pension Fund Partner

• Increasing employer premium fee from 16,7% to 17,3% of Pension Basic Income

• Increasing pension benefit for pensioners from below Rp. 1,1 million to Rp. 1,1 million per

months

b) Approving authority delegation to Directors to measure and arrange the changing of Pension

Fund Regulation and propose its to related authorized institution

7. Extending period of existing Directos and Board of Commissioners, except Mr. Herry Achmad

Buchory, for maximum 6 months until definitive Directors and Board of Commissioners for 2011-2016

have choosen.
