DEPOSIT
Bookings are considered tentative until a $200 deposit has been paid to secure and confirm
your booking. Your $200 deposit will be subtracted from
your bill upon presentation of the final account which is sent out once final num
bers have been received.

BAR & DRINKSBAR TABG
uests are provided with wrist bands and can go to the bar and order from
the selection of beverages that you have approved. Once the
amount you have specified has alm
ost been reached, our functions m
anager will discuss if you wish to close the tab or continue for longer. Split the difference- this is an option where the bar tab is used to “discount” the drinks that are available to your guests. For exam
ple we can set the cost of all drinks to $2 with the difference com
ing off your bar tab or we can set up a 50-50 difference so that your guests
are only paying half the cost

IF you do not wish to have a bar tab for your function this is fine. W

end that you advise your guests prior to their arrival
We offer various options when it com
es to the bar and drinks, with you having the control on what you would like to offer your guests. A credit card is required if you
would like to proceed with any type of bar tab, with the account being settled at the com
pletion of your function. You can select from one of the following:

DECORATIO

e want you to make your function with us the best it can be, so we do allow you to
decorate the area. Most balloon suppliers and florists will deliver direct to our venue,
leaving you with one less thing to worry about. If you have event decorators coming in to
decorate the space please give us ample notice and advise of the estim
ate time of arrival.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Maryville Tavern can cater to your entertainm
ent needs. We can hire
soloists, bands, jukebox and DJ’s through our booking agents. Payment is
required 3 weeks in advance. Alternatively, we can organise a speaker hire if you wish to plug in your iPod for entertainm
ent. W
e can also assist with a professional photographer for - POA.

CAKE AGE
You are more than welcom
e to supply your own cake for your function and have our staff present it to you at the specified tim
