InordertousethemaximumsamplingrateofQ.bloxx modules(upto100KHz),XFCtechnology(eXtreme FastControlTechnology)isutilized.UsingXFC,upto100valuescanbebufferedandsynchronizedintheQ.bloxxEC,thentransmittedallatonceinasingleEtherCAT datagram.ThisoversamplingtechniquereducesprotocoloverheadandprovidesmuchmoresignalgranularitythannormallypossiblewithEtherCAT transmissions.Thisoversamplingfactorcanbeconfiguredforeachmoduleallowingdifferentsamplingratesinasinglepollingcycle.
