Conventional web leads tell the
automotive dealer who is
shopping, for what and when they
intend to buy. EnhancedLeads™
contain conventional lead data
and complete the sales equation

EnhancedLeads™are developed real-time within the online automotive shopping, sales promotion qualification or information request process.
Two forms of EnhancedLeads™ are available:

This lead product provides insights to the prospect’s values and choices in the area of lifestyle, values and vehicle related attributes at a most granular level.
EnhancedLeads Premium Complete™ combines attitudinal insights with traditional lead data to form a complete understanding of an individual prospect or customer’s “hot buttons”.
EnhancedLeads Premium Complete™ leads are developed within a 5-7 minute discovery experience powered by a proprietary conjoint engine that determines optimal selling strategy based upon customer evaluation of holistic attitude, vehicle, financing and dealer concepts.
This product is recommended for new vehicles where prospects are unfamiliar with the product and dealers and OEMs are learning how and to whom to sell the new product.
" EnhancedLeads Basic Complete™
This lead product marries the delivery of individual selling scripts with conventional lead data where such data is already developed within a defined process.
In this environment, EnhancedLeads Basic Complete™ functions as an “ingredient brand” powering the enhancement of existing conventional lead product.
Development of EnhancedLeads Basic Complete™ leads occurs when prospects are matched in real-time against a predetermined foundation attitudinal segmentation for the vehicle category being shopped.
Like the Premium Complete Product, this foundation segmentation is based upon a prospect’s values and choices in the area of lifestyle, values and vehicle segment attributes.
The prospect is asked to answer 5 to 7 questions in the course of their online shopping experience. These questions enable identification of the prospects attitudes and provide the basis for development of a prospect selling script that is forwarded to the dealer in real-time.
EnhancedLeads Basic Complete™ is recommended for vehicles that are in the mid or latter half of their product cycle where the vehicle is well understood by shoppers, dealers and OEMs.
EnhancedLeads Marketing Intelligence™
As we aggregate attitudinal leads and our lead database grows we will map and track the movement of attitudinal motivators and inhibitors across automotive vehicle segments to provide insight and direction to marketers seeking to harden belief in their brand and motivate competitive brand conversion.
This Business Intelligence will allow EnhancedLeads™ to offer marketing and communications insights and recommended actions to subscribing OEM, Dealer and Supplier clients.

Company Leadership
Stephen F. Stepanek founded EnhancedLeads L.L.C. and serves as the company’s CEO.
Prior to founding EnhancedLeads L.L.C., Steve served as Director, Client Service, Business Intelligence at Edmunds.com; Senior Vice President, Executive Managing Director – Ford Customer Service Division at Ogilvy & Mather; Director North American Sales Operations at Audi of America; Senior Vice President, Executive Management Director – Ford Division and Goodyear at J. Walter Thompson and Business Development and Strategy Executive at Acxiom Corporation, a global provider of database, direct and digital marketing solutions. He has also served as Adjunct Professor, Qualitative Research and Account Planning at Michigan State University.
He is an avid and competitive sailor, a runner, golfer, motorcyclist and cellist. He enjoys auto and motorcycle racing and has completed high performance driver training at Bondurant and Barber racing schools. In his free time he can be found carving up country roads on his Ducati 1198.
