Career graph is more fluctuating as it is an private company. Security graph is low because of uncertainty in production orders of company. Satisfaction is altogether high because ,employees were treated well.Appraisal was high and there is a good relationship between employees and management.Training was moderate because most of them were learning during work and some were
experienced.All labour were outsourced to avoid local union problems.

FINDINGS
• The low skilled employee (particularly labour) are not satisfied with the salary or wages.• Management has provided the safety equipment to the workers, but the main
barrier is, workers are not aware of the safety measures and the way of using safety equipment’s.• Usually full-length training is not provided why because they recruit mostly
experienced workers.• Most of the workers have a fear of job security , but employees working since long
time with in company don’t.• There is no labour union ,previously there was a big issue on labour union and one
worker tried to form a union, then and there the company fired him.• All the top level management and skilled workers were locals, semi skilled and
unskilled were non-locals.

Most of the employees at the end fe l t that they were g iven
