Smart design permeates every aspect of this stunning development, from our elevated first floor Residences that sit 19 ft above sea level to ensure sea breezes and panoramic views, through to our unique and cutting edge lock off designs, at every point we have strived to ensure that Palm Reef simply does it better.

Palm Reef Resort has been designed from the ground up as a smart Condo Hotel, not a traditional condominium complex trying to become a hotel, every last element was scrutinized to ensure Palm Reef delivers on all levels for now and well into the future. Huge efforts were made on getting the operational capabilities & flow correct, while balancing the aesthetic appeal and longevity of the design. Viking™ kitchens, exotic hardwoods, granite countertops, dual vanities in bathrooms, travertine floors and so much more all combine flawlessly to make Palm Reef the new standard in development for the region.

Balancing the flow of energy and light throughout each space was an integral part of the design process and was paramount to achieving the end goal of creating a calming and tranquil environment.

Throughout the design development process we looked to emulate and integrate the colors and textures that naturally occur throughout Belize and the Caribbean.
