BLEND: : 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20%Pinot Meunier.

CRUS: A selection of 20 to 50 single crus take part inthe composition.

APPEARANCE:Pale gold in colour, revealing a generous effervescenceevolving in the glass.

NOSE: Subtle preponderance of red fruits, often revealingnotes of slightly spiced dried fruits.

PALATE: Long and lingering on the palate.

BEST SERVED AT 10 - 12 °C.
