What are the minimum system requirements to use BSP Online Business Banking?

Internet browser requirements

For your security, BSP recommends that all Internet Banking users

use one of the following Internet browser versions:

How do I know which Internet browser version I am currently using?

Internet Explorer

Firstly, open your Internet browser. Select the ‘Help’ menu item on

your Internet browser, and then select ‘About Internet Explorer’.

The version should appear here. If you are operating Internet

Explorer 7.0 or above, you are good to go!

If you are using:

• Internet Explorer 7.0 or above

• Firefox 3.0 or above

• Opera 8.0 or above

• Chrome 3.0 or above

• Safari 3.1 or above

Operating system requirements

There are no minimum operating system requirements to use BSP

Online Business Banking. All versions of Apple and Microsoft

Windows (e.g. Windows 7, Windows XP etc) are compatible with BSP

Online Business Banking.

Firefox

Firstly, open your Internet browser. Select the ‘Help’ menu item

on your Internet browser, and then select ‘About Mozilla Firefox’.

The version should appear here. If you are operating Firefox

version 3.0 or above, you are good to go!

Opera

Firstly, open your Internet browser. Select the ‘Menu’ menu item on

your Internet browser, and then select ‘Help’. Select ‘About Opera’.

The version should appear here. If you are operating Opera 8.0 or

above, you are good to go!

Chrome

Firstly, open your Internet browser. Select the Wrench icon on your

Internet browser, and then select ‘About Google Chrome’. The

version should appear here. If you are operating Chrome 3.0 or

above, you are good to go!

Safari

Firstly, open your Internet browser. Select the ‘Safari’ menu item,

and then select ‘About Safari’. The version should appear here. If you

are operating Safari 3.1 or above, you are good to go!

1• Firstly, speak to your IT service team or provider (if applicable).

They will be able to advise you the best way to update your

browser.

2• Alternatively, log on to the webpage of your Internet browser

provider to download the latest version. This is usually free. Below is a list of links from where you can download the latest
