TheBioVap™bio-decontaminationcyclewillhavethefollowingphases

a. InjectionPhase–Inthisphase,thesterilantisinjectedintothespaceasadryfogatapre-setpressureandflowrateandatagivenperiodoftime.Duringthisperiod,theatomisingpressure,injectionairflowandinjectionairpressurearemonitored.

b.DwellPhase-Duringthisphase,thesterilantisallowedtosettleonthesurfacesinsidetheenclosureforasetperiodoftime.

c. AerationPhase-Inthisphasethehydrogenperoxidesterilantisremovedfromthespace/enclosure.

TheBioVap™systemisPLCcontrolledwithoperatorinterfaceviaatouchscreenHMIterminalgivingoperatorlogonsecurityandrealtimedisplayofcycleparameters.Cycleparametersarealsorecordedandaprintoutofthecycleparametersisgivenattheendofacycleforvalidationrecords.Electronicdatarecordingofthecycles21CFR11compliantisavailableonrequest.20pre-programmedcyclescanbesavedonthePLCsystemselectablefromtheinterfaceterminal.TheBioVap™canbecontrolledlocallyviatheHMIlocatedontheBioVap™generatororcanbecontrolledremotelyfromanIsolatororcabinetcontrolsystem.
