Employ TechConnect ticketing system.

Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on client computers (Mac and PC).

Israeli/Palestinian Video Conference: Delivered services under a tight timeline; trained

high profile attendees and foreign based participants on Webex System; edited the video

recording; and exported it to every participant. Won high praise from conference

coordinators for timely, on-budget, and valued contribution.

Room Installations: Tasked with upgrading new projection systems for 45 classrooms

with a deadline of three months and no access to support: worked from schematic;

created Cat 5 cable; rewired Rs-232; and programmed wall panel. Developed a system to

dedicate 2.5 hours per classroom and completed the work within the deadline.

Client Computer Support: The role involves frequent troubleshooting of computers:

providing on site support to assess technical deficiency, afford replacement equipment,

and re-program software to accomplish a unified approach across presenters. Recognized

for accelerating solutions, defusing client concerns, and delivering performance.

Equipment Maintenance: Created two batch files to remove PPT presentations from

“loaner” laptops; one file moves PPT file to the downloads folder and a second file

deletes downloads; the program has a three-hour gap to ensure against inappropriate

deletion. This approach has been adopted by all of my co-workers.
