Press F10 to add database fields. UseCUSDATA file from QPDA library. Choose therequired field

Create another record to place the fields bytyping DR after inserting a blank line
Create a field line by typing VF in the seq line
Place fields by typing the field no followed by C
to include the column Heading Type SD5 in the second record for inserting 5
sample lines
