    Save the file by pressing F3 and create thereport and print the prototype

    The selected fields appear at the bottom

    Create another record to place the fields bytyping DR after inserting a blank line

    Create a field line by typing VF in the seq line

    Place fields by typing the field no followed by C

    to include the column Heading Type SD5 in the second record for inserting 5

    sample lines
