Ankle Wrap

Use a 4 inch single wrap

Begin wrapping at the toes

Move up towards the heart

Pull wrap 1 ½ times its original length

Overlap the wrap by about half of its width

Wrap your way up the foot

Make sure not to leave any hole on the back of the heel

You can make a Figure 8 or just continue with a straight wrap

End the wrap near the top

Make sure that it can be secured easily using the clips or tape

Check for tightness - numbness - tingling - coldness - blue or white
