ALU-STAR Profile System Product OverviewProfiles and SectionsExtruded aluminum profiles and sections service-proven over many years for do-ityourself assembly of support, frame and guard constructions of all types. All the profiles and sections feature apertures for standard threads and connectors and can be variously combined to suit your specific requirements. If required, we will perform the preparation/machining work for you and deliver the elements ready sawn, drilled and tapped.
Connectors
All profile and section connections are bolted. The connectors are designed to produce perfectly fitting, rigid constructions of exceptional strength. By planning your system carefully in advance, incorporating a sufficient number of disassembly joints, you will be able to adapt it to changing situations. The grooves on the Tee head underside penetrate the anodized layer of the profile, thus producing an equipotential bond between profiles.

Deflection caused by the profile's or section's own weight.
