WEEK 4 - JOB INTERVIEWS AND SALARY NEGOTIATION
Welcome to week four! Getting an interview means your networking has paid off, your resume and cover letters look great, and now it is time to tell an employer why you're the best fit.
This week is about understanding interviewing so that you can gain confidence and present yourself in the best light possible. Many people feel uncomfortable talking about their strengths, but let me remind you, this is not the time to be shy. Rather, it's time to practice, practice, practice! You'll learn tips and tricks for storytelling during interviews that will help employers learn why you're a great fit. Moreover, we will cover strategies for salary negotiation. Salary negotiation is important for EVERYONE to understand, and yes, you should negotiate! Be sure to watch all the webinars this week for some excellent resources and strategies. Can you believe you're almost done? Congrats!
