We started to understand that the Values process would change the organisation FOREVER!!!
Global Survey
Through our web site, we gathered inputs from the members of the organisation that were compiled and drafted
The Values Task Force helped AIESEC International in this endeavour, thanks to all of them!!
and finally… IPM 2000, Turkey
Values were presented, improved and… LEGISLATED!!!
At the end… our core beliefs as organisation, the ideals we all stand for...
