10:00 am –5:00 pm Proctor and leadership activities with Deans Office (Williston Theatre)

5:30 pm –8:00 pm Dinner and Proctor meetings with Dorm Staff

8:00 pm –9:00 pm Proctors meeting with Deans

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4

INVITED PRESEASON VARSITY ATHLETES AND NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ARRIVE AND REGISTER

8:00 am–11:30 am

Collared shirt must be worn for ID photos; returning students must bring old ID

12:00 pm Head of School meeting with parents (Phillips Stevens Chapel)

12:30 pm –1:30 pm Picnic lunch for all students and parents (Students will meet on the Quad; parents should take their lunch to the Birch Dining Commons to meet with Upper School advisors)

2:00 pm Athletic practices begin (schedules provided by coaches)

3:00 pm Closing tea for parents (Head of School’s House)

5:30 pm Welcome dinner for international students (Head of School’s House)

6:15 pm Meeting for all pre-season athletes and proctors with Dean of Students (Williston Theatre)

9:00 am–3:00 pm 7th grade and new 8th graders orientation

5:30 pm Barbeque for all students (Quad)
