Purpose: Monitor all Association financial affairs, including: budgeting, assessment & bad debt collection; financial procedures, books & records; audits/reviews studies; bank & investment accounts; contract
procurement; selection of financial services & insurance providers

Review budget & assist in annual budgeting process
Review & analyze financial statements Review & advise on financial procedures Monitor assessment & bad debt collection &
recommend action on delinquencies Review state-mandated Reserve Study & make
recommendations on reserve fund adequacy Montior 3rd party contract/service procurement,
negotiation management, inspection, evaluation & payment process to assure competitive bidding & to obtain the best price for the best work
