Purpose: Monitor all Association financial affairs, including: budgeting, assessment & bad debt collection; financial procedures, books & records; audits/reviews studies; bank & investment accounts; contract

procurement; selection of financial services & insurance providers

negotiation management, inspection, evaluation & payment process to assure competitive bidding & to obtain the best price for the best work

coordinate revision process.Inspect community periodically for compliance

with rules/policiesAdvix on method for regular distribution of

rules/policy information.Serve as appeal hearing body for fine appeals
