and you receive a piece of jewellery that you are not satisfied with,

exchange or replace the item provided it has not been damaged

as a result of negligence or excessive wear. Please return the item

to your Zoosch agent for exchange or replacement, along with

proof of purchase and in the original packaging.

Due to the strength of the material, stainless steel jewellery cannot be resized so we encourage you to make sure that you supply accurate measurements when you order rings or bangles. Stainless steel jewellery will last a long time and look like new if you keep it clean.

Please follow these step-by-step instructions to remove dust and dirt from your jewellery and keep it super-shiny.

1. Use a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth

2. Add warm water and two to three drops of mild dish-washing liquid to a small container

3. In a second container place some warm water without any soap

4. Dampen the lint-free cloth with the soapy water and gently rub your piece of jewellery with it

5. Using a soft toothbrush and plain toothpaste gently scrub away any grime from etched areas

6. Once your pieces are cleaned; place them into the warm rinse water to remove access soap and toothpaste

7. Using a soft, dry cloth; gently wipe away the water so that there are no spots

8. Polish your stainless steel jewellery with a jewellery polishing cloth

9. Your piece is ready to make you sparkle!

Stainless steel jewellery pieces with stones imbedded require special care to avoid the stones from loosening, chipping or falling off. To prevent this from happening, the following is important:

1. Keep your piece/s stored in their original pouch or container – or in a similar container.

2. Avoid harsh contact with abrasive surfaces, or bumping them against objects.
