Definition

Business Incubator is a legal entity created in order to support small business

entities upon start-up, by providing them with production rooms, equipment, as well as organizational, legal, financial, advisory and informative services.

Business Incubators are set up in order to manifest support in creating and developing small business entities”.

Incubators provide:

numerous benefits to owners of startup businesses.

Their office and manufacturing space is offered at below-market rates,

Their staff offer advice and much-needed expertise in developing business and marketing plans.

Companies typically spend an average of two years in a business incubator, during which time they often share telephone, secretarial office, and production equipment expenses with other startup companies, in an effort to reduce everyone's overhead and operational costs.

Established in 2012th – project ZIP center was founded by EU.

Six of our teenats are using mini grants from HELP organisation in amount of 2.000 eur – we helped them to aply.

We are trying to provide a better business environment for our tenants by connecting them with potentially clients.

We have developed the concept of a business incubator that is different from the other.

We have a different concept of rent, different periods of incubation, different financing concept, a different structure of the fixed costs of tenants and different concept of human resources.

This incubator considered as the first of three steps leading to our goal.
