Last year’s Ops Fundraising Challenge raised over £500,000, enough to fund up to 2,500 Life After Stroke Grants. Let’s work together to smash that total in 2016. THE FACTS Planning for the challenge will take place in January and February 2016 The challenge kicks off on the 1 March and runs until 31 May 2016 The last date to bank fundraising is the 31 May 2016 Last year the Logistics and International Team raised £39,000 before matched giving. The target this year is for everyone in your team to raise at least £2, therefore a team target of around £15,000 Teams will be competing against each other and the winner will be the team that raises the most money per person. The winner will be announced at an awards event in June New awards are available for: the most outstanding individual, the most original fundraising idea, the most outstanding local team, and the team that showed the biggest ‘per head’ increase from 2015.
