1. Frui - Wine broker• Is a pure wine broker, not a distributor

– We have no stock, we use samples to sell your wines• Works on a commission basis in order to have the lowest

possible cost for the market • Is as your highly efficient & effective sales team. We defend

your interests. We sell at minimum costs through our local emplacement and our wide portfolio of winepartners and clients.

2. Philosophy• To make a difference in service and selection of quality through a

thorough screening of each region • To be the top distributor of entry-level/mid-range wines(€0,80-€4)• To offer brand exclusivities (regional/national) to each client

depending of size and radius of the client• To guarantee a good follow-up of your clients/prospects trough a

dynamic sales and administration team and capable software• To create a long-term partnership with our winepartners.



3. Team• Frui is a family Business, founded in 1964• A dynamic team of 10 that makes the difference• 2 departments:

– Belgium/Luxemburg• Sales team: Lieven, Marnix and Armand Vanden Bulcke• Administration / back-office: Marie-Jeanne, An, Heidi, Sylvia, Willy,

Anne-Marie– Holland

4. Range• Focus on wines between €0,80- 4€ ex works• Range:

– 80% France 15% Spain 5% (Luxemburg, Italy, Portugal, Chili)

– 90% still wines 10% Sparkling (Cava, Prosecco, 8°5,… )

– 70% < 2€ 30% > 2€• Independant wineries / producers / cooperatives• Turnover of 10.000.000btls in the BeNeLux



5. Clients• 400 clients (and growing)

– Belgium #350, Holland #40, Luxemburg #10• Both on and off-trade

– Off-trade (40% in volume):• Discounter and non-discounters

– On-trade (60% in volume):• National distributors• Regional distributors

• All of our clients import directly trough an excise number



6.Services of Frui for you• Commercial services

– Look actively for prospects in the BeNeLux– Organise journeys to visit clients/prospects together– Organise each year a proffesional fair where you present your last

vintages and innovations and where you meet prospects and clients– Give you direct market feed-back– Send/deliver samples to your clients

• Administration Services– Make professional tariffs and promotions (on paper/pdf)– Make presentation sheets of your company and products for our

website www.frui.be (you supply the info and images).– Resolve problems if they occur, prevent if possible



7.Expectations towards partners• Stable quality & prices throughout the year & in between vintages• Flexible partners

– who are open to our input about prices, qualities/styles, presentations.– Maximum shipping delay of 3 weeks,Floor stock if possible– Shipping delay for (free) samples of max 1 week to clients/Frui

• Competitive prices– Frui gives you a lot of services for a low commission therefor our prices
