We were busy completing assessments for reading and addition in math. The children began their jungle exploration by reading books about jungles and jungle animals. They began to ask questions about the jungle for our inquiry and they played in the jungle making observational drawings of all the amazing animals we now have ‘living’ there! Our class jungle is a very popular place to be right now!!! The children also put a lot of energy into preparing for the upcoming Mother’s Day Celebration at school on Monday 21st. They are very excited and we hope that all the Mom’s will be able to join us in the cafeteria on Monday morning. Enjoy your weekend. Kind regards, Ms. Veronica
