Egyptian HAPI God of the Inundations of the River Nile, portrayed as a caring father who helped sustain the order and balance of the world and the cosmos. Over time, he became associated with other gods, including Osiris. In the Denderah Zodiac, shown holding two vases which gush water. Dating varies from 2500BC to 50BC.
