Local Area Mass Schedules
Parish NewsFeast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is next Thursday, August 15th. It is a Holy Day of Obligation. OLOH will have a Vigil Mass on Wednesday, the 14th, at 6:30 pm.St. Ann will have Mass at 9:00 am. on Thursday 15th.These Holy Day Masses will replace the Thursday 9am Mass at St. Mary and Wednesday 5:30 pm Mass at OLOH.
The second collection this weekend, August 11, will be for the Diocesan Bicentennial Year.
INSTALLATION MASS!! On Wednesday, August 28, Fr. Antony will be installed as Pastor for our three churches by Msgr. Canon Gary Linsky, Dean of the Columbia Deanery. Mass will be celebrated at 6:00 pm at St. Ann followed by a reception. Everyone is invited to come and celebrate with Fr. Antony! Note that this Mass will take the place of the 9:00 am Mass at St. Ann and the 5:30 pm at OLOH.
We’re still listening for new members. Thee is plenty of room in the choir for you and we have extra books. Please consider joining us. We don’t do the audition thing, just be able to “carry a tune” and we’ll help. Contact Mary Aguzzi or see any of the choir members.
7th Marian Eucharistic Conference will be held on Saturday, November 9 - Sunday, November 10 at the Hilton Hotel in Greenville. Our featured speakers include: Fr. Wade Menezes; Fr. Chris Alar; Fr. Donald Calloway; Justin Fatica, Hard as Nails; Msgr. Eduardo Chávez, Guadalupan Magisterial Canon from the Guadalupe Basilica. General admission is $80, youth is $40 and it includes a buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Register by October 24 by mail. Registration after Oct. 24: $90. We offer gluten free meals.
